Diplomová práca sa zaoberá problematikou zvyšovania motivácie v spoločnosti ZVS-Enco a.s. . V teoretickej časti práce sú opísané všetky poznatky z oblasti motivácie a stimulácie. V praktickej časti je opísaný systém odmeňovania ako súčasti motivácie v spoločnosti ZVS-Enco a.s Pomocou dotazníkovej metódy som zistil stav spokojnosti zamestnancov firmy ZVS-Enco a.s. so systémom odmeňovania ako súčasti motivácie. Na základe uvedenej analyzy sa pokúsim navrhnúť projekt na zlepšenie motivácie zamestnancov firmy ZVS-Encoa.s |
