Tato diplomová práce s názvem Právní a ekonomické aspekty ochrany spotřebitele na trhu s pohonnými hmotami řeší analýzu spotřebitelských práv a chování spotřebitele na trhu s pohonnými hmotami. Teoretická část má za cíl vymezit základní pojmy související s pro-blematikou ochrany spotřebitele a definovat základní legislativní rámec, vztahující se ke spotřebiteli a k pohonným hmotám. Také poukazuje na to, jaké instituce mohou spotřebitele chránit a pomáhat mu při řešení spotřebitelských sporů. Druhá část této práce analyzuje znalost práv spotřebitelů na trhu s pohonnými hmotami, zjišťuje jaké faktory ovlivní spo-třebitele při jeho nákupu. Dále popisuje kontrolní činnost České obchodní inspekce a po-dává stručný přehled o současném českém trhu s pohonnými hmotami. Poslední kapitola nastiňuje možné návrhy, které by přispěly k posílení spotřebitelských práv. |

This thesis titled Legal and economic aspects of consumer protection in the fuel market is focoused on analysis of consumer rights and consumer behavior in the fuel market. The theoretical part is aimed at defining the basic concepts associated with problem of consu-mer protection and it also defines the basic legislative framework related to consumers and fuels. Further it mentiones which institutions can protect consumers and help them to re-solve thein disputes. The second part analyzes the knowledge of consumer rights in the fuel market, and evalutes factors that affect consumers during their purchase. It also describes the inspection activities of the Czech Trade Inspection and gives a brief overview of the current Czech fuel market. The last chapter outlines the possible proposals, which may contribute to the strengthening of consumer rights. |
