Předložená bakalářská práce pojednává o psychohygieně a zvládání stresových situací v práci učitele, přičemž cílovou skupinu představovali učitelé vykonávající svoji pedagogickou činnost ve vzdělávacích oborech středního školství. Výzkumu, který se uskutečnil pomocí dotazníkového šetření, se zúčastnilo 100 učitelů působících na čtyřech různých typech středních škol, a sice SOU bez maturity, SOU s maturitou, SOŠ a gymnáziu. Pomocí testu nezávislosti chí-kvadrát bylo ověřováno, zda mezi postoji respondentů existují významné rozdíly. |

Presented bachelor thesis deals with the mental hygiene and managing of the stress situations in the teacher's work. The secondary school teachers represent the target group of the respondents. The practical part of this work was based on the questionnaire research. One hundred teachers working on four different types of the secondary schools (vocational school finishes with apprenticeship certificate, vocational school finishes with secondary school-leaving exam, secondary specialized school and gymnasium). The significant differences between respondent attitudes were examined using a chi-square test of independence. |
