dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se věnuje zlepšení systému řízení ve společnosti Maso uzeniny Jan. Je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se věnuje poslání, vizi a strategií, řízení nákladů a výnosů, klíčovými zdroji společnosti, a organizační strukturou. Na základě zjištěných poznatků byla provedena analýza současného stavu. Poslední část práce se věnu-je návrhu nového systému řízení.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This diploma thesis is concerned with the improvement of management system in Jan´s Meat Company. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with the mission, vision and strategy, and with cost-benefit analysis, key performance indicators and organizational structure. On the basis of the discovered findings, there was made an analysis of the current situation in the company. The last part of the work is con-cerned with the suggestion of the new management system.
