Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vytvořením produktu sociálního cestovního ruchu Rekondičního pobytu, který je zaměřen na specifickou skupinu seniorů. V teoretické části této práce jsou vysvětleny pojmy jako cestovní ruch, sociální cestovní ruch, sociální ekonomika, popsány specifické segmenty sociálního cestovního ruchu a organizace a projekty zabývající se sociálním cestovním ruchem. Analytická část se nejdříve zabývá charakteristikou Zlínského kraje, současnou nabídkou a poptávkou po produktech sociálního cestovního ruchu a způsobech financování těchto produktů. Ve druhé části se pak zabývá samotnou tvorbou produktu, Rekondičního pobytu pro seniory, kalkulací jeho ceny a výpočtem možné výše dotace. |
