dc.description.abstract	Obrazové funkční vlastnosti kamerových dohledových systémů jsou přímo spjaté s vypovídající hodnotou generovaných videosekvencí. Momentálně neexistuje pracoviště, kde bychom je mohli nezávisle měřit a vyhodnocovat. Práce si bere za úkol sumarizovat veškeré měřitelné obrazové funkční vlastnosti ve své teoretické části. V části praktické bude zhotoven návrh měřícího boxu, včetně jeho fyzické konstrukce. Součástí práce bude rovněž vizualizace měřícíhocpracoviště prostřednictvím vybraného grafického softwaru.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Visual functional properties of CCTV surveillance systems are directly related to the inherent value generated movies. Currently, there is no workplace where we could independently measure and evaluate. Work takes the task of summarizing all measurable visual performance characteristics in the theoretical part. The practical part of the proposal made measuring box, including its physical structure. The work will also be selected through visualization měřícíhocpracoviště graphics software.
