dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá hospodářskou a finanční situací příspěvkové organizace v letech 2010 - 2014 a následnými návrhy, které by vedly ke zlepšení současného stavu hospodaření. Obsahem teoretické části je charakteristika neziskového sektoru a samotné příspěvkové organizace. Významnou částí je finanční analýza zahrnující důležité finanční ukazatele, které souvisejí přímo s příspěvkovou organizací a její celkovou finanční situací. V praktické části je podrobně rozebrána již analýza hospodaření konkrétní organizace, která je zaměřena na poskytování služeb v oblasti školství, především na její zdroje, ze kterých čerpá finanční prostředky potřebné pro svou činnost.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with economic and financial situation of a funded organisation in years 2010 - 2014 and following proposals which will lead to improvement of the present state of economy. The theoretical part contains the characteristics of the nonprofit sector and the funded organisation. A financial analysis is a significant part and contains important financial indicators which are related to the funded organisation and its overall financial situation. In the practical part there is an analysis of economy of the organisation which is focused on providing the services in the area of education, especially on its sources which are used as funds which are needed for its activity.
