dc.description.abstract	Předmětem bakalářské práce je analýza současného stavu řízení rizik v potravinářském podniku Drumas s r.o, Teoretická část obecně popisuje riziko a vybrané metody, které jsou nástrojem analýzy řízení rizik, charakterizuje současný stav potravinářského průmyslu České republiky a systémy řízení rizik v potravinářském průmyslu. V praktické části je provedena prezentace podniku Drumas s r. o., jeho výrobků a seznámení se současným stavem řízení rizik tohoto podniku. Následně byl vybrán jeden z výrobních procesů, který byl podroben analýze rizik. Výsledky této analýzy byly použity k návrhu opatření na eliminaci potenciálních rizik a doporučení ke zlepšení kvality řízení rizik podniku.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The subject of the bachelor thesis is the analysis of the current state of risk management in the food processing company Drumas s.r.o.. The theoretical part of the thesis generally describes the risks and the methods chosen as tools for the analysis of risk management; it further covers the current state of the food industry in the Czech Republic as well as risk management systems in the food industry. The practical part of the thesis contains the introduction of Drumas s.r.o., including its products, and presents the current state of risk management in the company. A production process has been subsequently selected and used for the performance of a risk analysis. The results of the analysis have been used to propose measures for the elimination of potential risks and to offer recommendations with regard to the improvement of risk management quality in the company.
