dc.description.abstract	Tato práce se zabývá problematikou DBKIS (dopravně-bezpečnostní, kamerový a informační systém) a jeho rozšířením ve městě Zlín. V teoretické části je analyzován DBIS (dopravně-bezpečnostní, informační systém) ve Zlíně. Dále jsou v této části rozděleny a popsány různá zařízení, díky kterým lze monitorovat stav provozu. V praktické části je navrženo rozšíření DBIS o automatické pořizování informací (DBKIS) ve Zlíně, jde o oblasti Zlín-východ a Zlín-západ. V poslední části práce je popsáno navržené řešení tohoto systému a jeho další rozšíření v oblasti Jižních Svahů; respektive ulice Okružní. Pro tyto lokality byly vybrány zařízení, které jsou popsány v teoretické části a detailněji jsou popsány právě v experimentálním bloku.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This work occupies with the problems of the DBKIS (transport-safety, camera and information system) and its extension in the town Zlín. In the theoretical part is examined the DBIS (transport-safety, information system) in Zlín. Next are in this part devided and described various devices thanks to them it is possible to monitor the condition of the traffic. It has been proposed the spread of the DBKIS in town Zlín in the practical part of this work. It concerns the areas the town Zlín-east and Zlín-west. In the last part of my work I described the proposed solution of this system and its further extension in the area of Jižní svahy possibly in the street Okružní. For these areas were chosen the devices that are described in the theoretical parts of this work. The more detailed information of them you can find in the practical part of this work.
