dc.description.abstract	Anotace O významu malého a středního podnikání není jistě pochyb. Malé a střední podniky jsou stabilizujícím prvkem ekonomického systému, vytvářejí zdravé podnikatelské prostředí, zvyšují dynamiku trhu, významný je i jejich vliv pro rozvoj oblastí procházejících strukturálními změnami. Přes výhody této formy podnikání se vyskytuje celá řada problémů, se kterými se tito podnikatelé dnes a denně potýkají. Proto by měla hospodářská politika státu směřovat k podpoře výhod MSP a ke zmírňování dopadů jejich nevýhodného postavení na trhu. Po vstupu naší země do Evropské unie rozlišujeme dvojí systém podpor MSP. První systém je založen na poskytování podpory výhradně ze státního rozpočtu ČR, jejíž rozdělování probíhá především prostřednictvím Ministerstva průmyslu a obchodu. Druhým systémem, který nabývá na intenzitě, je možnost čerpání podpory ze strukturálních fondů Evropské unie.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Annotation There is no doubt about the significance of small and middle-sized business systems. Small and middle-sized businesses are the economic system stabilising element; they form healthy business environment, increase market dynamic, and also important is their influence on the development of areas undergoing structural changes. However, despite of the advantages of this form of business, there is number of problems, which the contractors are facing on a daily basis. State economic policy should therefore focus on encouraging the benefits for small and middle-sized businesses and on relieving from their disadvantageous market position. Upon CR entering the European Union, there are two different small and middle-sized businesses benefit systems. First one is based on providing the support entirely from the National budget, mainly through the Department of Trade and Industry. The other system, currently gaining strength, is the option of receiving the support from the European Union structural funds.
