dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na populaci seniorů a protiprávní jednání, které je na nich pácháno. Teoretická část se zabývá především terminologickým vymezením pojmů senior, stárnutí, protiprávní jednání ve vztahu k seniorům, prevence kriminality a profese sociálního pedagoga. Praktická část je zpracována formou kvantitativního výzkumu, jehož hlavním cílem je zjištění míry kriminality páchané na seniorech v oblasti Kutnohorska, rozsah jejich informovanosti v souvislosti s prevencí a povědomostí o profesi sociálního pedagoga.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Bachelor thesis is focused on the population of older persons and illegal conduct that is inflicted on them. The theoretical part deals with the terminology defining the concepts senior, aging, unlawful conduct in relation to the elderly, crime prevention and the profession of social pedagogue. The practical part is processed by quantitative research, whose main objective is to determine the extent of crime committed against seniors in Kutnohorska, the extent of their awareness with regard to the prevention and awareness of the profession of social pedagogue.
