dc.description.abstract	Cílem této diplomové práce je vytvořit projektové řešení pro zeštíhlení a zprůhlednění in-terní dokumentace k interním procesům. Řešení spočívá ve vytvoření či doplnění proces-ních modelů tak, aby mohly zcela nahradit směrnice a tím se odstranila administrativní duplicita ve společnosti Meopta optika, s.r.o. Teoretická část se zabývá oblastí procesního řízení a řízení jakosti. Zejména je diskutováno to, jak implementovat prvky procesního řízení a zároveň dodržet úroveň kvality podle ISO norem. V praktické části je popsáno, jak probíhala analýza interních předpisů a modelů vytvořených v programu ARIS. Na závěr je popsáno projektové řešení, které navrhuje obecně novou strukturu dokumentů a tuto struk-turu prezentuje na pilotním projektu pro vybranou oblast.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this Master thesis is to create a project to make simpler and transparent process documentation that modifies or completes process models so that they would fully substi-tute directives of a company and therefore the administrative duplication in the company Meopta optika, s.r.o. could be removed. The theoretical part deals with business process management and quality management. Especially the thesis concentrates on the way of implementation of business process management elements while the level of quality ac-cording to ISO standards remains the same. The practical part describes the course of an analysis of internal directives and models created in ARIS. The project solution which suggests generally new structure of documents is described at the end. This project presents this structure on a pilot study.
