Část teoretická charakterizuje obor andragogika a další profesní vzdělávání, jeho druhy a význam. Představuje také důležité zákony a dokumenty vztahující se k této oblasti vzdělávání. Zabývá se motivací jako hybným činitelem edukace v produktivním věku člověka a bariérami, které tuto motivaci ovlivňují. Informuje také o aktuálním stavu dalšího profesního vzdělávání ve Zlínském kraji. V empirické části byl použit kvantitativní výzkum realizovaný dotazníkovým šetřením. Takto získaná data byla zpracována a analyzována. |

The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis characterizes the andragogy and other vocational education, its types and importance. This part also deals with some important acts and documents related to this kind of education. In addition, the first part focuses not only on the motivation as a major factor of education in the productive age of a human but also on the barriers which influence the motivation. Moreover, the theoretical part provides the information about current situation of further vocational education in Zlín Region. The empirical part is aimed at the quantitative research which was executed through survey question-naires. The data gained from the survey were processed and analysed. |
