dc.description.abstract	Výzkumný projekt se zaměřuje na oblast státní sociální podpory. Specifičtěji se zabývá dávkou příspěvek na bydlení. Teoretická část se zabývá principy a postavením dávek státní sociální podpory v systému sociálního zabezpečení v České republice. Vypracovává základní přehled a základní pojmy systému státní sociální podpory. Další část práce je věnována příspěvku na bydlení, jeho čerpání a podmínkám, které ovlivňují jeho poskytování. Porovnává statistické údaje o počtu příspěvku na bydlení a o výdajích ze státního rozpočtu na příspěvek na bydlení na Prostějovsku. Cílem empirického šetření je zjistit, které faktory ovlivňují čerpání příspěvku na bydlení a zhodnotit statistické údaje dávky příspěvek na bydlení na území okresu Prostějov.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The research project focuses on the area of the State social support. It deals specifically with financial assisance for housing allowances. The theoretical part deals with the principles and benefits of State social support in the social security system in the Czech Republic. The project also draws up a basic overview and basic concepts of the system of State social support. Another part of the work is devoted to the applicant requesting the financial allowance for housing, its disbursement and the conditions that affect its delivery. Further it compares the statistical data on expenditure from the State budget to benefit the State social support (housing allowance) within the District of Prostejov The aim of the empirical investigation is to find out which factors affect the drawing of housing allowance and evaluate statistical data on housing allowance benefits on the territory of the district Prostejov.
