dc.description.abstract	Akademická půda i klinické prostředí v nemocnicích jsou náročnou oblastí, kde studenti zakouší stres, který může být vystupňován až v chronickou úzkost. Klinické prostředí je pak studenty popisováno jako nejvíce stresující záležitost při studiu ošetřovatelství. Významnou strategií pro snížení studentské úzkosti a k podpoře efektivní adaptace je vytvoření propojeného a funkčního systému mentorů a studentských týmů, supervizorů a vytvoření pozitivního pracovního prostředí.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Theoretical nursing studies and clinical training might be really demanding and stressful for many students. Clinical practice performed in hospitals is the larger part of nursing education. Furthermore, nursing undergraduate students have been describing clinical practice as one of the most stressful and anxiety producing components of the whole nursing program. The role of clinical supervison, nurse teachers, pairs of undregraduate students supervising one another and positive clinical learning environment belong to significant and interventional strategies decreasing nursing students´stress and anxiety.
