dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá racionalizací práce na vybraných linkách se zohledněním ergonomických faktorů ve společnosti Kovárna VIVA, a.s. Teoretická část diplomové práce se zabývá literární rešerši vztahující se k racionalizaci práce a ergonomii. Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu aktuálního stavu na linkách ve společnosti Kovárna VIVA, a.s. Na základě výsledků analýzy aktuálního stavu jsou navrhnuty doporučení vedoucí k zlepšení stavu. Následně je vypracován projekt aplikace vybraných opatření na linkách a jsou zhodnoceny přínosy navrhovaných opatření.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This master thesis focus on the rationalization of the work in the selected lines with taking into account the ergonomics factors in the company Kovárna VIVA, a.s. The theoretical part of my master thesis is literature search focusing on the rationalization of the work and ergonomics. The practical part of the master thesis is process analysis focus on the detection actual situation in the lines in the company Kovárna VIVA, a.s. Based on all results from analysis of the actual situation are suggested recommendations to improve the situation. Subsequently is developed the project of application selected measures on the lines and evaluates the benefits of the proposed measures.
