Táto diplomová práca je zameraná na implementáciu metódy 5S s cieľom reorganizovať a štandardizovať vybrané pracoviská spoločnosti Cardbox Packaging, s.r.o. Diplomová práca je rozdelená na dve hlavné časti - teoretickú a praktickú časť. Teoretická časť obsahuje poznatky o priemyselnom inžinierstve, plytvaní, štíhlom podniku, štandardizácii, vizualizácii a o metóde 5S. Tieto poznatky sú východiskom pre praktickú časť diplomovej práce, ktorá sa delí na analytickú a projektovú. Úvod praktickej časti sa venuje charakteristike firmy, po ktorej nasleduje analýza súčasného stavu vybraných pracovísk. Na základe výsledkov vykonanej analýzy sú navrhnuté projektové riešenia. Projektová časť obsahuje realizáciu navrhnutých riešení pomocou implementovania metódy 5S. V závere práce sa nachádza zhodnotenie projektu. |

This master thesis is focused on the implementation of the 5S method in order to reorganize and standardize the selected workplaces in Cardbox Packaging, s.r.o. The thesis is divided into two main parts - theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part contains information about industrial engineering, waste, lean enterprise, standardization, visualization and the 5S method. These findings serve as the basis for the practical part of the thesis, which is divided into the analytical and the project part. Introduction of the practical part is devoted to the description of the company, followed by the analysis of the current state of the selected workplaces. Based on the results of the analysis project solutions are proposed. Project part includes the implementation of the proposed solutions by implementing 5S method. At the end of the thesis there is the evaluation of the project. |
