Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice krizové komunikace v průmyslu komerční bezpečnosti. Teoretická část se zabývá vysvětlením základních terminologických pojmů, dále přibližuje problematiku krizové komunikace jako takové a poslední část rozebírá jednotlivé profese v průmyslu komerční bezpečnosti. Praktická část se zajímá o konkrétní funkci strážného, jeho práva a povinnosti. Následuje kapitola rozebírající krizovou komunikaci přizpůsobenou pro průmysl komerční bezpečnosti, která je doložena výsledky z dotazníků zaměřeného na krizovou komunikaci v praxi. Poslední část diplomové práce je věnována tzv. výukovým kartám, které jsou vytvořeny ze základních poznatků získaných praxí a mají sloužit ke snazší a rychlejší krizové komunikaci. |

The thesis deals with the communication crisis in a commercial security industry. The theoretical part is focused on explaining the basic concepts of terminology and brings near issues such as crisis communication. The last part is dedicated to various professions in the commercial security industry. The practical part focuses on specific powers of a guard, his rights and obligations. The following chapter discusses the crisis communication adapted for the commercial security industry, which is evidenced by the results of a questionnaire focused on crisis communi-cation in practice. The last part of the thesis is devoted to the so-called Tutorial Cards, that are created from the basic knowledge gained from a practical experience These are inten-ded to make the crisis communication easier and faster. |
