Téma bakalářské práce je "Úroveň povědomí obyvatelstva o problematice blackoutu". Obsahem práce je zaměřit se na připravenost obyvatelstva na blackout, prozkoumat, jaké povědomí obyvatelstvo o dané problematice má, a zdali se na něj nějakým způsobem připravuje. Teoretická část pojednává o energetické bezpečnosti, o blackoutu jako takovém, zabývá se příčinami vzniku, následky a možnými dopady blackoutu, dále legislativou vztahující se k ochraně obyvatelstva, možnostmi blackoutu v České republice a v neposlední řadě opatřeními v případě vzniku blackoutu v České republice. Praktická část má v první řadě za úkol zjistit, jaká je úroveň povědomí obyvatelstva o blackoutu, a v druhé řadě, jaká je připravenost obyvatelstva na blackout. Praktická část je řešena pomocí dotazníkového průzkumu. Součástí praktické části jsou návrhy na zlepšení situace a doporučení pro praxi. |

Thesis topic is "The level of awareness of inhabitants about the problems of blackout." The content of the work is to focus on the readiness of the population to the blackout, to explore how public awareness of the issue is, and whether they are somehow prepared. The theoretical part deals with the energy security, discusses the blackout itself, deals with causes, consequences and possible impacts of blackout, it also deals with legislation relating to the protection of the population, the possibilities of blackouts in the Czech Republic and finally measures in the event of a blackout in the Czech Republic. The practical part's aim is at first to find out what is the level of awareness of inhabitants about blackout, and secondly, what is the readiness of the population to the blackout. The practical part is solved by means of a questionnaire survey. Integral to the practical part are recommendations for improving the situation and recommendations for practice as well. |
