V diplomové práci je zpracován projekt tvorby a implementace etického kodexu ve společnosti BORS Břeclav a.s. Teoretická část je zaměřena na problematiku etiky v řízení lidských zdrojů, organizační kulturu, společenskou odpovědnost organizací a etický kodex, jako nástroj, který stanovuje zásady chování a jednání zaměstnanců ve společnosti. Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu organizačního klimatu a vnímání etiky ve společnosti BORS Břeclav a.s. a to formou analýzy interních dokumentů společnosti, auditu rovných příležitostí, dotazníkového šetření mezi zaměstnanci a diskuzí s vedením společnosti. Na základě analýzy je v projektové části navržen etický kodex a jeho implementace ve společnosti BORS Břeclav a.s. Celý projekt je podroben časové, nákladové a rizikové analýze a jsou zhodnoceny přednosti a prostor pro zlepšení ve společnosti. |

The thesis is the project of elaboration the code of ethics in BORS Břeclav Inc. The theoretical part is focused on the issue of ethics in human resource management, organizational culture, corporate social responsibility and code of ethics as a tool that provides guidelines for behavior and actions of employees in the company. The practical part focuses on the analysis the organizational climate and the perception of ethics in the company BORS Breclav Inc. by analyzing internal documents, the audit of equal opportunities questionnaire survey between employees and discussions with company management. Based on the analysis in the design of the proposed code of ethics and its implementation in the company BORS Breclav Inc. and the entire project is subjected to the time, cost and risk analysis, and evaluates the strengths and areas for improvement in the company. |
