dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá luštěninami, kde první část je věnována jejich druhům a cha-rakteristice, v druhé části je popsáno chemické složení a vyzdvižen nutriční význam lusko-vin. Závěrečná část se zaměřuje na úpravu luštěnin pro odbourání flatulentních alfagalak-tosidů pro lepší stravitelnost ve výživě člověka.

The chemical composition and nutritional importance of legumes was describe in the second part. The treatment of legumes for the reduction of alpha-galactosidase flatulence for better digestibility in human nutrition was describe in the final part of this thesis.
