dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se týká standardizace výměny nástrojů ve firmě Visteon-Autopal, s.r.o. Hluk. Základem pro analýzu bylo získání poznatků z literárního průzkumu, kde byly definovány základní pojmy této problematiky. Nejdříve jsem analyzovala současný stav výměny nástrojů ve firmě a na základě této analý-zy jsem navrhla nový postup výměny nástrojů. Výsledkem této práce jsou návrhy na nový postup výměny nástrojů, který tvoří základ pro standardizaci výměny nástrojů.	cs

I was building on my theoretical literary knowledge in my practical part. In theoretical part was defining basic idea from this problem. I analysed prezent change of tools in this firm at first. Then I proposed new process of change of tools. Result of this diploma these are suggestions of new process of change of tools. This pro-cess can be principal of standardization of change of tools.	en
