Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza rizik vybrané firmy v oblasti vozového parku, zhodnocení rizik možné obměny vozového parku pro všechny odvětví působnosti, stanovit ostatní rizika spojená s obměnou vozidel, dále posoudit, zda je obměna vozidel výhodná a pokud ano, tak v jakém rozsahu. Teoretická část práce charakterizuje dopravu, logistiku, rizika a její metody analýzy. V Praktické části je představena vybraná firma, její historie, oblasti působení, a náklady. Dále je zde provedena analýza rizik firmy s ohledem na současný stav vozového parku pomocí metody FTA, analýza rizik obměny vozového parku pro všechny oblasti působení firmy pomocí metody CBA, stanovení silných a slabých stránek, příležitostí a hrozeb obměny vozidel pomocí metody SWOT. Na základě provedených analýz je v závěru firmě doporučena realizace obměny vozidel a její přijatelný rozsah. |

The objective of the bachelor's thesis is to analyse the risks in a depicted company in the area of fleet of vehicles, risk assessment of possible modification of the fleet of vehicles for all operation areas, to define other risks related to the fleet of vehicles modification. In addition, the focus is to evaluate whether the fleet of vehicles modification is ad-vantageous and if so in what scope. In the theoretical part of the study transport, logistics, risks and the analytical meth-ods are discussed. The practical part has introduced the depicted company, its history and areas of operation as well as related costs. Furthermore, the company risk analysis has been conducted with regard to the current state of the fleet of vehicles by means of the method FTA. The risk analysis of the fleet of vehicles modification impacting all operation areas of the company was performed by means of the method CBA and finally determination of strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the fleet of vehicles modification by means of the method SWOT. In the end, on the basis of the analyses conducted the com-pany has been recommended with implementation of the fleet of vehicles modification and its appropriate scope. |
