dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou měkkých cílů a zabezpečení vybraných objektů měkkých cílů v rámci Zlínského kraje. Úvod je věnován terminologii měkkých cílů, která je důležitá pro správný náhled a pochopení problematiky. Dále jsou zde popsány rozdílné pohledy na objekty měkkých cílů, ať už ze světového hlediska, nebo z hlediska České republiky. Nalezneme zde také návrhy zlepšení pomocí technických prostředků a zkrácené pojednání o současném terorismu. V praktické části se nachází popis Zlínského kraje. V neposlední řadě jsou zde analyzovány vybrané objekty měkkých cílů Zlínského kraje z pohledu současného stavu. Pomocí analýzy jsou odhalena jejich slabá místa.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis deals with the issue of soft targets and security of selected soft targets in the region of Zlin. In the beginning there is dedicated terminology of soft targets, which is important for proper sight and understanding of the issues. There are also described the different views on soft targets, whether from the world's point of view or from the Czech Republic's point of view. There are also improvement suggestions by technical means and shortened discussion of current terrorism. In the practical part is description of the region of Zlin. In the end, there are analyzed selected objects of soft targets in region of Zlin in terms of the current state. Weakness of chosen soft target in region of Zlin are revealed through the analysis.
