dc.description.abstract	Cílem bakalářské práce je hodnocení efektivnosti stavební investice. Teoretická část se věnuje teoretickému vymezení investic a investičnímu rozhodování, včetně metod hodnotících efektivnost investic. V závěru teoretické části jsou popsána rizika, která jsou součástí investic. Praktická část podává základní informace o Moravské stavební a inženýrské společnosti Zlín, s. r. o., o investičním projektu, který je zaměřen na přestavbu kancelářských prostor na bytové prostory. V další části jsou vyhodnoceny jednotlivé metody hodnocení efektivnosti investic a jsou zvážena možná rizika. Na základě zjištěných poznatků jsou zformulována závěrečná doporučení pro firmu. Závěr obsahuje shrnutí výsledků metod a návrh konečného investičního rozhodnutí.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this bachelor's thesis is evaluation of construction investment. The theoretical part deals with a theoretical definition of investment and investment decision making, and including methods of evaluating efficiency of investments. The conclusion of the theoretical part describes the risks that are part of the investments. The practical part gives basic information about Moravská stavební a inženýrská společnost Zlín, s. r. o., about an investment project, which is focused on rebuilding of office space into residential space. In the following part there is an evaluation of different methods of assessing the investment efficiency and there are possible risks described. The conclusion summarizes the results of the methods and proposal of the final investment decision.
