dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá aplikací metody SMED u Kontidrátové trati ve společnosti ArcelorMittal Ostrava a.s. Cílem práce je zkrátit dobu přestavby. Teoretická část je tvořena literární rešerší, která slouží jako základ pro analytickou a projektovou část. Analytická část se zabývá analýzou současného stavu přestavby. Projektová část se zabývá aplikací metody SMED. Výstupem diplomové práce jsou nové jízdní řády.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This diploma thesis is focused on an application of the SMED method for Wire rod mill in ArcelorMittal Ostrava a.s. The aim of this thesis is to reduce change over time. The theoretical part is formed by the literature search which serves as the basis for analytical and project part. The analytical part is focused on the analysis of the current state. The project part deals with the application of the SMED method. The outputs of the project part are new changeover schedules.
