Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vzdělávání žen, které pečují o dítě či děti do 15 let, přičemž jsou evidované na Úřadu práce České republiky jako nezaměstnané. V teoretické části jsou rozebrány pojmy nezaměstnanost, vzdělávání dospělých a postavení žen na trhu práce s důrazem na návrat žen po rodičovské dovolené na trh práce. Praktická část obsahuje kvantitativní výzkum, který je zaměřen na vzdělávání nezaměstnaných žen evidovaných na Úřadu práce České republiky v okrese Zlín, přičemž pečují o dítě či děti do 15 let. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit, zda se nezaměstnané ženy, které pečují o dítě či děti do 15 let, vzdělávají a zda mají vůbec potřebu rozvíjet své znalosti a dovednosti. |

The Bachelor thesis focuses on the education of women who care for a child or children under the age of 15 and are registered with the Labour Office of the Czech Republic as unemployed. The theoretical part of the thesis analyses the terms unemployment, adult education and the position of women on the labour market with an emphasis placed on their re-entering the labour market after maternity leave. The empirical part of the thesis consists of a quantitative research focused on the training of unemployed women registered with the Labour Office of the Czech Republic in the Zlín district who care for a child or children under the age of 15. The aim of the Bachelor thesis was to find out whether these women engage in education activities and whether they in fact feel the need to improve their knowledge and upgrade their skills. |
