Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o právně bezpečnostním problému využití služebních psů v průmyslu komerční bezpečnosti. V práci jsou vysvětleny a popsány pojmy služební pes, výcvik psů, použití psů, úloha psů v průmyslu komerční bezpečnosti a také správná péče o psy. Dále tato práce objasňuje problematiku využití služebních psů v průmyslu komerční bezpečnosti, kde je hlavním bodem legislativa, která při výcviku a používání zvířat poukazuje na mezinárodní kynologickou federaci FCI, ta umožňuje soukromým bezpečnostním službám výcvik psů podle zkušebního řádu IPO-V. |
