dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce Projekt řízení nákladů ve společnosti AgroFarm spol. s r.o. řeší problematiku řízení nákladů ve vybrané společnosti. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Cílem teoretické části bylo poskytnout na základě zpracování literární rešerše týkající se nákladů a jejich řízení teoretická východiska pro následné zpracování praktické části. Cíl praktické části pak spočíval v provedení analýz týkajících se současné klasifikace a současného řízení nákladů ve vybrané společnosti. Na základě provedených analýz a zjištěných nedostatků z oblasti řízení nákladů ve společnosti bylo hlavním cílem práce navrhnout opatření vedoucí ke zlepšení stávající situace řízení nákladů. Jedním z opatření byl návrh reklasifikace nákladů třídící náklady na fixní a variabilní část.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The Master's thesis The Project of Cost Management in the Company AgroFarm spol. s r.o. deals with the issue of cost management in the selected company. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The aim of the theoretical part was to provide on the basis of processing of literature review about costs and cost management theoretical background for the processing of the practical part. The aim of the practical part then consisted in execution analyzes about cost classification and cost management in the selected company. On the basis of conducted analyzes and identified shortcomings in the area of cost management was the main aim of the thesis propose steps to improving the current situation in the area of cost management. One of the solution was the proposal of costs reclassification to a fixed and a variable part.
