dc.description.abstract	Cílem diplomové práce je zpracovat benchmarkingovou studii a navrhnout vhodné postupy, které povedou ke zvýšení finanční výkonnosti podniku Plastika a.s. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Nejprve jsou pomocí literární rešerše zpracovány teoretické poznatky týkající se podnikové výkonnosti, měření finanční výkonnosti a benchmarkingu. V úvodu praktické části je charakterizován podnik Plastika a.s., pro který je benchmarkingová studie zpracována. V praktické části je dále uvedena analýza odvětví a finanční analýza podniku. V benchmarkingové studii je srovnána finanční výkonnost podniku s benchmarkingovými partnery a v závěru práce jsou navržena opatření vedoucí ke zvýšení finanční výkonnosti podniku Plastika a.s.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The goal of this thesis is to elaborate a benchmarking study and to propose appropriate procedures that will lead to increase in financial performance of the company Plastika a.s. The thesis consists of a theoretical and a practical part. At first, theoretical knowledge are elaborated by means of literary research and contain information about corporate performance, financial performance measurement and benchmarking. At the beginning of the practical part Plastika a.s. is described. The practical part contains an analysis of the industry and financial analysis of the company. In the benchmarking study financial performance of the company is compared with the benchmarking partners and at the end there are recommendations proposed to increase the financial performance of the company.
