dc.description.abstract	Téma pro mou bakalářskou práci je "Pojetí zdraví a zdravého životního stylu u příslušníků Armády České republiky". Práce je složena z teoretické a praktické části. První část práce představuje teoretická východiska dané problematiky. Zaměřuje se na objasnění pojmu zdraví, zdravý životní styl, dále přináší přehled rizikových faktorů, které mají významný vliv na zdraví člověka. V poslední části poskytuje přehled preventivních opatření v péči o zdraví příslušníků Armády České republiky. Praktická část bakalářské práce zkoumá, jak příslušníci Armády České republiky pečují o své zdraví, má za cíl zjistit, zda jsou spokojeni se zdravotní péčí, která je jim v rámci Armády České republiky poskytována. Dále se zabývá výskytem rizikového chování, které zahrnuje kouření, požívání alkoholu a užívání drog. Prezentuje zde výsledky dotazníkového šetření prováděného u příslušníků Armády České republiky.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Topic for my Bachelor's thesis is "Conception of health and healthy lifestyle of members of the Armed Forces of the Czech Republic." The thesis consists of the theoretical and practical part. First part of the thesis represents theoretical base of the given matters. It focuses on the clarification of the term health, healthy lifestyle and it further brings the overview of risky factors, which have significant influence on human health. In the last part it provides the overview of preventive measures as for the health care of members of the Armed Forces of the Czech Republic. Practical part of the Bachelor's thesis analyses, how members of the Armed Forces of the Czech Republic care about their health and it has the objective to discover, if they are satisfied with health care, which is provided to them within the Armed Forces of the Czech Republic. Further, it is focused on the presence of risky behaviour, which includes smoking, use of alcohol and narcotics. It presents results of the questionnaire survey performed with members of the Armed Forces of the Czech Republic.
