Cílem bakalářské práce bylo nastínit problematiku agresivity psychiatrických pacientů vůči personálu ve zdravotnických zařízeních. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část vysvětluje pojmy jako je agrese, agresivita, hostilita, komunikace a přístupy k pacientům, omezování pacientů, ošetřovatelská péče, kdy vycházíme z doporučených zdrojů. Dále bakalářská práce dává určitý náhled na současný stav roztříštěnosti názorů ve společnosti ohledně omezování pacientů proti jejich vůli a zamýšlí se nad tím, zda je takové jednání humánní či nehumánní. A pokud již k takým zásahům dojde, a to z jakéhokoliv důvodu, zda jsou respektována lidská práva jedince. Praktická část obsahuje kvantitativní výzkum, který byl proveden pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Cílem bylo zjistit míru agresivity psychiatrických pacientů na daných dvanácti odděleních Psychiatrické léčebny Šternberk vůči všeobecným sestrám pracujícím v léčebně pět a více let. Na základě těchto vyzkoumaných dat reflektuji míru napadení agresivních psychiatrických pacientů vůči personálu v Psychiatrické léčebně Šternberk. |

The aim of the Bachelor´s thesis was to examine aggression of psychiatric patients towards medical staff. The thesis is divided into two parts. With the help of the recommended sources, the teoretical part explains concepts such as aggression, hostility, communication and approach to patients, restraining patients and nursing care. Furthermore, the thesis provides insight into the current fragmentation of our society´s opinions on the restraint of patients against their will and it also reflects on the humane and inhumane nature of such restraints. And when the restraints are used for some reason, the thesis attempts to find out whether individual human rights are responded. The practical part consists of quantitative research which was conducted by means of a questionnaire survey. The aim was to determine the aggression of psychiatric pateints hospitalized in the twelve wards of Psychiatric hospital in Šternberk towards the general nurses that have been working in the hospital for five or more years. Based on researched data, I explore the extent of psychiatric patients´attacks on the staff in the Psychiatric hospital in Šternberk. |
