dc.description.abstract	Tato práce je zaměřena na problematiku empatie v profesi sestry. V části teoretické je vymezen pojem empatie, zabývá se rovněž problematikou umírání a smrti, přijetím diagnózy pacientem, který je v terminálním stadiu svého života. Praktická část se zaměřuje na pojetí empatie u všeobecných sester, její projevy a postoj ošetřujících k péči o umírajícího.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This work is focused on issues of empathy in nursing care. The theoretical part defines the term empathy, and summarizes concerns surrounding dying, death and acceptance of the diagnosis by the patient in the terminal phase of his life. The practical part addresses the concept of em-pathy by nurses, manifestations of empathy and their approach to palliative nursing care.
