dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá selháním ledvin a infekčními komplikacemi u pacientů se zavedeným hemodialyzačním katétrem. Teoretická část je rozdělena do 3 kapitol, které se zaměřují na anatomii, fyziologii a funkci ledvin, dále pojednává o renálním selhání, rozdělení renálního selhání, diagnostice, léčbě a komplikacích. Poslední kapitola je zaměřena na cévní vstupy, kde se zaměřuji na nejčastější typy cévních vstupů a komplikace především infekční. V praktické části jsou stanoveny 3 cíle s primárním zaměřením na informovanost pacientů o infekčních komplikacích.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with renal failure and infectious complications in patients with hemodialysis catheter installed. The theoretical part is divided into three chapters focusing on anatomy, physiology and function of kidney. It also deals with the renal failure, distribution of the renal failure, diagnosis, treatment and complications. The last chapter discusses vascular inputs, especially the most common types of vascular inputs and related complications particularly those infectious. In the practical part, there are three objectives with the primary focus on the patient awareness of the infection complications.
