dc.description.abstract	Tato práce se zaobírá racionalizací výrobního procesu plastových oken ve společnosti DECRO BZENEC, spol. s r. o. Cílem práce je snížit výrobní náklady. První část práce objasňuje teoretická východiska problematiky průmyslového inženýrství. Druhá část představuje společnost a analyzuje její stávající výrobní proces se zaměřením na plýtvání v podobě velkého množství plastového odpadu a nízké efektivitě využití vybraného pracoviště. Na základě této analýzy jsou v poslední části práce navržena opatření k eliminaci plýtvání a zvýšení produktivity. Výsledkem je projekt zavedení změn do způsoby výroby, který má za úkol naplnit stanovený cíl.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis is focused on the rationalization of plastic windows production process in a company DECRO BZENEC, Ltd. The aim of the thesis is to reduce production costs. The first part clarifies theoretical solutions to industrial engineering issues. The second part presents the company and analyzes its current system of production concentrating on wast-ing which consists of a big amount of plastic waste and low utilization efficiency of partic-ular workplace. On the grounds of this analysis there are proposals for future to eliminate the wasting and increase the efficiency in the last part of the thesis. The outcome of this work is a project implementing some changes to the way of the production which should meet determined goal.
