dc.description.abstract	Cieľom zadania bakalárskej práce je analyzovanie súčasnej úrovne motivácie vo vybranom podniku a zároveň na základe tejto analýzy odporučenie nástrojov, ktoré by mohli byť nápomocné pri zdokonaľovaní súčasného stavu motivácie v podniku. V rámci riešenia zadanej problematiky bola využitá empirická metóda dotazníkového prieskumu. Vyhodnotenie výsledkov dotazníkov prispelo k návrhom na zlepšenie stavu v oblasti motivácie zamestnancov. Prvá časť práce bola zameraná na spracovanie teoretických poznatkov súvisiacich s oblasťou motivácie a vymedzenie jednotlivých pojmov, ktoré súvisia s témou. Na túto časť nadväzuje praktická časť práce v ktorej bolo nevyhnutné analyzovať súčasný stav motivácie vo vybranom podniku. Hlavným prínosom tejto práce by malo byť navrhnutie opatrení na zlepšenie súčasného stavu motivácie zamestnancov.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to analyze the current level of motivation in the selected company and on the basis of this analysis, recommend tools that could be helpful in im-proving the current level of motivation in the company. Within the selected issue, there was used the empiric method of the questionnaire survey. The questionnaires evaluation con-tributed to my suggestions for improving the state of employee motivation. The first part of the thesis was focused on the elaboration of the theoretical knowledge related to the field of motivation and the definition of the individual concepts related to the topic. This part continues by the practical part of the work in which there was necessary to analyze the cur-rent state of motivation in the selected company. The main benefit of this work should be proposed measures to improve the current state of employee motivation.
