dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce byla zaměřena na analýzu systému přijímání zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti. Konkrétně na proces získávání, výběru a následně finálního přijímání zaměstnanců. Cílem teoretické části bylo zpracování literární rešerše zaměřené na oblast získávání, výběru a přijímání zaměstnanců a následně formulace teoretických východisek pro zpracování praktické části. Cílem praktické části byla analýza současného stavu systému získávání, výběru a přijímání zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti. Poté zhodnocení výsledků analýzy a navržení vhodných doporučení vedoucí ke zlepšení současného stavu systému získávání, výběru a přijímání zaměstnanců pro vybranou společnost.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor's thesis analysed the system of employee recruitment at a chosen company. Specifically, the process of acquiring, selecting, and eventually hiring employees. The goal of the theoretical part was the research of literature concerned with the area of acquiring, selecting and hiring employees, as well as the subsequent formulation of the theoretical underpinnings for the practical part. The practical part aimed to analyse the current state of the system of acquiring, selecting and hiring employees at the chosen company. It was followed by the appraisal of results, analyses, and the proposals of appropriate steps leading to the improvement in the system of acquiring, selecting and hiring employees at the company.
