Diplomová práce pojednává o situačním zobrazení v krizovém řízení. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část práce se zabývá základními po-jmy a legislativou vztahující se ke krizovému řízení. Dále pojednává o systému řízení v úkolových uskupeních a specifikací způsobu zajištění informační podpory v krizovém řízení. V praktické části bylo provedeno dotazníkové šetření s cílem identifikace informací zobrazených na mapě a o společném obrazu situace v krizovém řízení. Dále navrhuje model situačního zobrazení, který by byl použitelný v systému krizového řízení. V závěrečné části pojednává o možnostech použití znakových sad pro krizové řízení. |

The diploma thesis deals with the site planning in crisis management. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part deals with basic terms and legisla-tion related to crisis management. Furthermore, the system of management in task grouping and the specification of the way of ensuring information support in crisis management are discussed. The practical part concerns the thesis a questionnaire survey was carried out, the aim of which was to identify the information showed on the map and the information about common image of a situation in crisis management. Furthermore, the model of site planning which would be serviceable in the crisis management system is designed. In the final part of the possibilities of using character sets in crisis management. |
