dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce pojednává o aktuální legislativě vztahující se k bezpečnosti a ochraně zdraví při práci v České Republice se zaměřením na povinnosti zaměstnavatele. Dále práce z větší části pojednává o metodách analýzy rizik, tedy vyhledávání a vyhodnocování rizik. Součástí práce jsou také dvě interní směrnice a návrh systému řízení BOZP nově vznikajícího podniku, zaměřeného na výzkum, vývoj a výrobu moderních bezpečnostních technologií.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis deals with the current legislation related to health and safety at work in the Czech Republic, focusing on the employer's duties. Next, the thesis deals with methods of risk analysis therefore searching for and evaluating risks. Part of the thesis is also two internal directives and a design of the OHS management system of a newly emerging company focused on research, development and production of modern safety technologies.
