dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou elektronické správy dokumentů a využití DMS systémů v menší projekční kanceláři. Teoretická část je nejdříve zaměřena na historii správy dokumentů a vzniku prvních systé-mů. V další časti je rozvedena digitalizace dokumentů a životní cyklus dokumentu a infor-mačního systému. Nejdůležitější částí je popis funkcionalit DMS a workflow a poslední část je věnována bezpečnosti informačních systémů. Praktická část je zaměřena na vyhledání vhodného open-source řešení elektronické správy dokumentů pro malou projekční kancelář. Jsou definovány požadavky na funkcionalitu systému, popis vybraných systémů s praktickou ukázkou a zhodnocení daných funkcí. Na konci této části je navrženo optimální řešení s praktickou ukázkou a některé funkce jsou vyobrazeny v diagramech.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis addresses the issue of the electronic management of the documents and utilisati-on of the DMS systems in a small engineer's office. The theoretical part focuses first on the document management history and the origin of the first systems. Next part deals with the document digitization and the lifecycle of a docu-ment and the information system. The most important part is the description of the DMS functionality and workflow and the last part discusses the information system security The practical part focuses on searching for an appropriate open-source solution to the do-cument electronic management for a small engineer's office. There are demands for the system functionality, description of the selected systems with a practical demonstration and evaluation of the assigned functions. At the conclusion of this part, the optimal soluti-on is proposed together with the practical demonstration and some functions are shown in the diagrams.
