dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce s názvem "Péče o umírajícího člena rodiny v domácí péči" se zabývá problematikou umírání a smrti v domácím prostředí. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá vymezením základních pojmů, jako je umírání a smrt. Popisuje historický, ale i současný pohled na umírání a smrt, vymezuje specifické potřeby umírajícího. Dále se zaměřuje na formy hospicové péče a poslední kapitola teoretické části vymezuje roli zdravotně sociálního pracovníka v hospicové péči. Praktická část obsahuje 4 případové studie klientů mobilní hospicové péče, jejímž cílem je zhodnotit uspokojení základních potřeb umírajících

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis ´Care of a dying family member in home care´ deals with problems of dying and death at home. The thesis is devided into a theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part the basic terms are defined. Is describes historical and contemporary view on dying and death, and is deals with specific needs of a dying person. Then is focused on forms of hospice care, and in the last charter of the theoretical part the role of health and social worker in hospice care is specified. The practical part includes four cases sof mobile hospice clients with the aim to assess the satisfaction basic needs of a dying person.
