dc.description.abstract	Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je projekt úpravy kalkulace v hotelu Aplaus. V teoretické části je popsána problematika nákladů, především definice, pojetí nákladů a jejich klasifikace. Dále jsou v diplomové práci popisovány kalkulace nákladů, předmět kalkulace, druhy a metody kalkulací. Závěrečná kapitola teoretické části se věnuje metodě ABC. V analytické části je charakterizována společnost ELLA Litomyšl s.r.o. provozující hotel Aplaus. Následuje analýza současné ekonomické situace podniku a je provedena analýza nákladů. V projektové části je navržen projekt zavedení modelu ABC v hotelu Aplaus a následné zhodnocení projektu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The main goal of this diploma thesis is to design an adjustment of costing calculation in the Aplaus hotel. The theoretical part explores different topics relevant to costs such as the cost definition and classification. Furthermore, it describes the concept of costing, the object of cost calculation and various costing methods. Final theoretical chapter is devoted to the method of ABC. Analytical part of the diploma thesis describes the Ella Litomyšl Ltd. that runs the Aplaus hotel. The current economic situation of the company is analysed, and the cost analysis is performed. Final chapters of the diploma thesis construct and evaluate a project of implementation of ABC in the Aplaus hotel.
