dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práca sa zaoberá implementáciou ergonomických zásad v oblasti skladových procesov vo vybranej spoločnosti. Teoretická časť práce zobrazuje literárnu rešerš zame-riavajúcu sa všeobecne na ergonómiu a ergonómiu na pracovisku. Praktická časť sa skladá z analýzy aktuálneho stavu v skladoch spoločnosti a na základe výsledkov analýzy sú na-vrhnuté opatrenia, ktoré vedú k zlepšeniu stavu. Tieto opatrenia sú špecifikované v projek-te, ktorý tvorí druhú polovicu praktickej časti diplomovej práce.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis deals with the implementation of ergonomic principles in the field of storage processes in the selected company. The theoretical part of the thesis presents litera-ry research focused on ergonomics in general and ergonomics in the workplace. The practical part consists of ananalysis of the current situation of the company's warehouses and based on the results of the analysis, measures are proposed to improve the situation. These measures are specified in the project, which forms the second half of the practical part of the diploma thesis.
