dc.description.abstract	Tématem této bakalářské práce je identifikace plýtvání a návrh možností eliminace plýtvání ve vybrané firmě. V teoretické části jsou rozebrány principy "štíhlé výroby", klasifikace plýtvání a konkrétní metody průmyslového inženýrství, které slouží k eliminaci plýtvání. V praktické části jsou provedeny analýzy, které slouží k identifikaci současného stavu plýtvání v podniku. Na základě těchto analýz jsou zpracovány návrhy pro eliminaci identifikovaného plýtvání. Tyto návrhy jsou následně zhodnoceny.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The topic of this bachelor thesis is the identification of waste in selected company and the proposal of ways of its elimination. In the theoretical part are analyzed the principles of "lean production", classification of waste and specific methods of industrial engineering, which serve to eliminate waste. In the practical part are performed analyzes, which serve to identify the current state of waste in the enterprise. Based on these analyzes, proposals are made to eliminate the identified waste. These proposals are subsequently evaluated.
