Předmětem diplomové práce je vytvořit realizovatelný projekt, který by měl vést ke zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti Charity Valašské Klobouky. Tato práce řeší aktuální problém Charity Valašské Klobouky, která by se chtěla stát poskytovatelem služeb domácí zdravot-ní péče. V rámci řešení bylo použito metody výzkumného šetření, analýzy konkurence, analýzy PEST, Porterovy analýzy pěti konkurenčních sil a analýzy vnitřního mikroprostředí. Na základě zjištěných informací vlivu prostředí, byly výsledky shrnuty do SWOT analýzy. Provedeným výzkumným šetřením bylo zjištěno, že respondenti nemají o službu domácí zdravotní péče zájem. Výsledky výzkumného šetření můžeme brát pozitivně, protože byla oslovena široká veřejnost a ne jen úzce zaměřená cílová skupina. Charita Valašské Klobouky tuto službu považuje z dlouhodobého hlediska za perspektivní a chce ji zavést. Na základě zjištěných skutečností byl vypracován projekt rozšíření služeb Charity Valašské Klobouky o službu domácí zdravotní péče. |

The aim of this diploma ´s thesis is to create realizable project, which should increase competitive ability of Charity Valašské Klobouky. This thesis is concerned with current problem of Charity of Valašské Klobouky, which should become as provider of domestic ´s healthcare. In this project are used methods of researching survey, analysis of competiton, analysis of PEST, Porter ´s and inside Microenvinroment ´s analysis. On the basis of founded information, the results were summarized into SWOT analysis. The research reve-aled that respondents are not interested in this domestic healthcare. The results of the re-searching survey can be taken possitively, because the general public group was approached and not just only narrow target group. From a long-term point of view of the Charity of Valašské Klobouky this service is regarded as up-and-comming, therefore wants to es-tablish it. On the basis of founded information was processed the project to extand he-althcare services of the Charity of Valašské Klobouky. |
