Bakalářská práce se zabývá konstrukcí formy pro vstřikování polymeru, popisuje celý proces vstřikování, ke kterému tato forma bude sloužit. Dále popisuje dostupné technolo-gie, které byly využity při zpracování praktické části. Nejprve proběhla rešerše zdrojů k danému tématu, ze které vychází teoretická část práce. Z nasbíraných zkušeností za absolvované studium byl za pomocí softwaru vytvořen 3D model zadaného výrobku a později vstřikovací forma a k ní potřebná výkresová doku-mentace. Výsledkem bakalářské práce je konstrukční řešení dvojnásobné vstřikovací formy pro díl automobilu. |

The bachelor thesis deals with the design of mold for polymer injection, describes the whole injection process to which this form will serve, and describes the available tech-nologies, which were used in the processing of the practical part of thesis. First, there was a resource search for the given topic, from which the theoretical part of this thesis is based. From the acquired experience, the 3D model of the given product was created with the help of the software and later the injection mold and the drawing docu-mentation required. The result of the bachelor thesis is the design solution of the double injection mold for the car part. |
