dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá dokumentem "Plán odezvy orgánu obce Louka na vznik mimořádných událostí". V teoretické části jsou zákony a terminologie, o které se práce opírá. V praktické části jsou rozebrány příklady mimořádných událostí, které mohou obec ohrozit, jejich dopady včetně preventivních opatření a postupů pro jejich zvládání. Pro znázornění jednotlivých mimořádných událostí jsou zpracovány mapy ohrožených oblastí. V závěru práce je ukázka části dokumentu v jeho možné reálné podobě se zaměřením na obec Louka.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with the document "Plan of Response of Municipal Authorities to the Emergence of Extraordinary Events". In the theoretical part there are the laws and terminology on which the work is based. In the practical part are analyzed examples of extraordinary events that may threaten community and their impact on it. Documment also includes preventive measures and coping procedures. The maps of protected areas are mapped to represent individual extraordinary events. At the end of the thesis is a sample of part of the document in its possible real form focusing on the village Louka.
