Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vzdělávání na Univerzitě III. věku ve Zlíně. Cílem práce bylo zjistit vzdělávací potřeby seniorů, jejich dostupnost a také oblíbenost vzdělávacích aktivit. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na vzdělávací potřeby celoživotního učení seniorů a také na pojmy senior, stárnutí, stáří a formy vzdělávání seniorů, a zmínka je i o vzniku a dalším vývoji Univerzity III. věku. Praktická část je věnována výzkumu, kde jsou kvantita-tivní metodou zjišťovány potřeby ke studiu a oblíbenost vzdělávacích aktivit na Univerzitě III. věku ve Zlíně. |

The thesis deals with the education at the University of the Third Age in Zlín. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part aims at the education needs of lifelong senior learning and explains the terms senior, aging, old age and the senior education forms. The origin and further development of the University of the Third Age is also depicted. The practical part focuses on the research whereby the qualities of education and the students' expectations at the University of the Third Age are analysed by the quan-titative method. |
