dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce řeší problematiku systému krizové intervence poskytované Policií České republiky. Jejím cílem je přiblížit činnost krizového interventa ve veřejnosti málo dostupném prostředí bezpečnostního sboru Policie České republiky. První část práce je zaměřena především na vysvětlení základních pojmů souvisejících s náročnými životními situacemi, strukturou Policie České republiky a krizovou intervencí. Druhá část práce se zabývá statistikou poskytnutých krizových intervencí v rámci Policie České republiky od doby vzniku týmů krizové intervence v roce 2011 do roku 2018. Případové studie, které vychází z reálných policejních případů, přibližují práci a možné formy pomoci krizového interventa Policie České republiky klientům, kterým je tato služba poskytována.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis deals with the issues of crisis intervention system provided by the Police of the Czech Republic. Its objective is to give insight into the activity of a crisis interventionist in the Police of the Czech Republic which is not always a well-known environment to the general public. The first part of the thesis is focused mainly on the explanation of basic concepts related to demanding life situations, the structure of the Police of the Czech Republic and crisis intervention. The second part of the thesis deals with statistics of crisis intervention provided by the Police of the Czech Republic from the start of the crisis intervention teams in 2011 to 2018. The case studies based on real-life police cases show the work and possible forms of help of the crisis interventionist of the Police of the Czech Republic aimed at the clients of this service.
