Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice role rodiny v prevenci syndromu vyhoření u po-máhajících profesí. V teoretické části se zabývá vysvětlením termínu syndromu vyhoření, jeho fázemi, projevy a prevencí, dále tématem pomáhajících profesí a v neposlední řadě rodinou a to především jejím členěním. V praktické části je na základě kvalitativního vý-zkumu zjišťováno, jakou roli hraje rodina v prevenci syndromu vyhoření z pohledu lidí, pracují v pomáhajících profesí. |

The theoretical part deals with the explanation of the term burnout syndrome, its phases, manifestations and prevention, as well as the topic of helping professions and last but not least the family, especially its division. In the practical part, on the basis of qualita-tive research, the role of the family in the prevention of burnout syndrome from the point of view of people works in helping professions. |
